1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CleanR platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CleanR is a platform that connects customers seeking cleaning services with independent cleaning professionals ("Cleaners"). CleanR is not a cleaning company and does not employ Cleaners directly. Cleaners are independent contractors.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use CleanR.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. For Customers

• You agree to provide accurate property information and access details for booked jobs.
• You are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for Cleaners.
• Payment is due at the time of booking or as specified at checkout.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid fees.
• CleanR is not liable for damages beyond the value of the cleaning service booked.

5. For Cleaners

• You are an independent contractor, not an employee of CleanR.
• You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.
• You must complete identity verification before accepting jobs.
• You agree to complete accepted jobs professionally and on time.
• Repeated cancellations or poor performance may result in account suspension.
• Payouts are processed according to CleanR's payout schedule and policies.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Circumvent the platform to arrange off-platform payments
• Submit false reviews or fraudulent claims
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform

7. Payments & Fees

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. CleanR charges a service fee on each transaction. Fees are displayed clearly before booking confirmation. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis through our dispute resolution process.

8. Disputes

In the event of a dispute between a Customer and Cleaner, CleanR may assist in resolution but is not obligated to do so. CleanR's decision in dispute matters is final.

9. Limitation of Liability

CleanR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

CleanR reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
