Click "Get Started", create a free account, and choose your service, address, and preferred date and time. You'll be matched with an available cleaner instantly.
How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Open the booking from your dashboard. If no cleaner has accepted yet, you can cancel for a full refund or edit the date/time directly.
How does Airbnb / iCal auto-scheduling work?
Paste your Airbnb, Hospitable, or Booking.com iCal link into your property settings. CleanR automatically creates a turnover cleaning job after every guest checkout.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
How do I become a cleaner on CleanR?
Visit our "For Cleaners" page, create an account, and complete your profile including ID verification. Once approved, you can browse and accept jobs in your area.
What if I have an issue with a cleaning?
Contact our support team at cleanrinc@gmail.com with your booking ID and we'll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
